Clifton Water District

New Water Services

To purchase and establish a new water service, the property owner must complete the following steps:
  • Provide Proof of Ownership
  • Complete the Clifton Water District Water Service Agreement
  • Pay the current Plant Investment Fee for new water service
To expedite the process, the following Water Service Agreement Form and Plant Investment Fees are provided so that a Property Owner can complete the Water Service Agreement prior to coming to the office.
