In order to submit an online payment, you must read and agree to the following terms:
Collector Solutions, Inc. and Tele-works, Inc. are not a branch, office or department of the Clifton Water District. Collector Solutions, Inc. and Tele-works, Inc. are third party vendors. Collector Solutions, Inc. and Tele-works, Inc. will provide credit card transaction services on behalf of those wishing to pay bills using a credit or debit card. Any information submitted online to Collector Solutions, Inc. and Tele-works, Inc. (i.e.: personal data, credit card information) is processed by Collector Solutions, Inc. and Tele-works, Inc. and is not subject to protection by the Clifton Water District.
Delinquent Accounts and Discontinuation of Service
Please complete your payment before 5:00 p.m. on the Due Date to avoid the possibility of Delinquency or Discontinuation of Service charges.
If you have received a Discontinuation of Service Notice, or if your service is currently off due to Discontinuation of Service, you will need to verify that your payment has been received by calling our office at (970) 434-7328 during regular business hours. If you do not contact the office to confirm receipt of your payment, you take the risk of a delay in restoring service to your account.
A Convenience Fee will be collected for each transaction processed.
