Correction for the  April Billing Cycle 

**During the billing month of February and the 1st billing cycle of March, the computer system failed to properly calculate late fees.  We have corrected the issue and will be applying those charge(s) to the April Billing Cycle.  You may login to your account below to see if  your account was subject to those late fees.  Any fees will be listed as an adjustment.  If you have any questions, please contact us at 970-434-7328. 

 

In order to submit an online payment, you must read and agree to the following terms:

Xpress Bill Pay is not a branch, office or department of the Clifton Water District. Xpress Bill Pay is a third party vendor. Xpress Bill Pay will provide credit card transaction services on behalf of those wishing to pay bills using a credit or debit card. Any information submitted online to Xpress Bill Pay (i.e.: personal data, credit card information) is processed by Xpress Bill Pay and is not subject to protection by the Clifton Water District.

Delinquent Accounts and Discontinuation of Service

Please complete your payment before 5:00 p.m. on the Due Date to avoid the possibility of Delinquency or Discontinuation of Service charges.

If you have received a Discontinuation of Service Notice, or if your service is currently off due to Discontinuation of Service, you will need to verify that your payment has been received by calling our office at (970) 434-7328 during regular business hours. If you do not contact the office to confirm receipt of your payment, you take the risk of a delay in restoring service to your account.

Transaction Fee

Transaction Fees will be waived for customers that signup for autopay.
